Hi since i've made the post that i was stucking in dynamic at 100m, i've changed my training as u suggested, so i've reduced a lot the aerobic training now i go running 1 a week, but i've introduced 3 sessions of anaerobic work like push ups, abs, squat, things like that. Than i've started doing heavy hypercapnic work, so on my ciclette always cicling i do 20 second frc breathold, than 10 seconds recovery than again 20'' frc and so on for 30 minutes. Also i do some statics hypercapnic work so 3'20'' breathold, recovery time decreasing from 1'30'' by 15 second at time so 1'15'', 1', and so on. Than some stretching at the end. I'll restart working in pool in 14 days cuz atm it's closed. any suggestions are welcome for improuve my training.

CUT

Well, i guess we need to find out if you can make more than 100m now.
If you want to go for it tomorrow, give me a ring :)

Lol good idea, is much time that i don't get a samba so i'm starting to miss it, i'm getting addicted to it ahahhahahah. Btw tomorrow i'll ring ya anyway for organize and say hello!

Doen few tests it seems to work, today i'm going to try it on cwt.

NO squats in apnea, just ciclette cuz i think is the movement that remember best the work we do when using fins and also isn't so heavy for the muscles as the squat.
