Take it easy mate, we don't know you good enough to hate you.

(that is a joke incase you are in a sensitive place).
People are usually laid back and freindly here, a post can slip by unanswered for various reasons (like phrasing and readability). Bumping it up again usually helps, no need to get emotional.
If this table is too much? for me it won't be, for you? one way to find out, try. When building a training method, if it sounds like it could be extreme just increase gradualy over a period of a few days/weeks. You should be able to tell if it is too much to you. If a 3 minute first hold is too hard on you you can add a warmup breathold, till first contraction or something like that.

after my first hold, my heart was beating around double the speed of my standing heart rate(70 standing.. so 140ish bpm i think - or it seemed like it) and after i breathed for a little while i holded again... it was hard! i must say.. i felt contractions much quicker.
It is common to for the pulse to rise when ending a breathold, your body has some reoxigination to do. As for the heartrate I don't remember, been years since I checked mine with static apnea, but it is individual anyway and subject to change with your training.

my question is: is it better to do less and more harder holds and combine c02 and 02 tables or do the whole 30 minutes of just one table?
It is individual and only one way to find out. I think beginners improve no matter what they do. I consider one of the greatest advantages in long tables is getting accustomed to a quantity of serial breatholding and working on relaxation.

another question..
if i bumped up to around 10 holds.. making my lowest rest time 10 seconds and my hold 2-3 minutes.. would that be harmful? can i push myself too much? i'm guessing i won't be able to acutally do it ,but i'd like it as a goal.
Again, only one way to find out how much stress it'll create on YOU.

i am consinded about this... when i told my mom about what i was doing.. i had to think about how many times holded my breath. i couldn't figure out.. 3 or 4 times. what came into mind was samba..time flys.. or something like that. i was walking fine and talking fine after i cought a few breaths.. but i'm just worried a bit.
It was (and still) common for me not to remember how many breatholds I have done or to get distracted from counting contractions (or heartbeats). I am pretty sure it was never a samba for me. Maybe work more on counting contractions or looking at a watch, see if you can maintain continuity between the end of the breathold and the rest period.
