breath 120 seconds
hold 3:00 minutes
breath 100 seconds
hold 3:00 minutes
breath 80 seconds
hold 3:00 minutes
breath 60 seconds
hold 3:00 minutes
breath 40 seconds
hold 3:00 minutes
breath 20 seconds
hold 3:00 minutes

that's my co2 chart. how could i make it harder? only breath for 60 seconds at the start and then decrease by 10 seconds? sometimes i just do 3 minute hold and then breath for 10 seconds. I'd like to know something quick and yet effectent. soon i'll bump the hold up to 4 minutes though, so that should make it harder.

just a thought you could try to make it a pyramid do another 20sec breath and hold if poss i and then go back up 40 sec breath and hold etc
