Hi all,

I'm a spearo, last season my PB on dry static was 3:32.
PB on dyn with bi-fins was 50m. As you can see, not so great numbers.

After a summer without doing any fishing, I'm trying to get back into shape. I feel that I've a long way to go. Last dry static I tried I got contractions before making it to the minute mark, and I can't go beyond 25m on dyn!

So I've been studying Pelizzari's manual, and here's what I've come out with:
monday:
- yoga (before breakfast), 1 hour session, including pranayama.
- apnea walk (after work, the basic set from Pelizzari's manual).
tuesday:
- yoga.
- CO2 table after work and before dinner.
wednesday:
- yoga.
- apnea walk.
thursday:
- yoga.
- CO2 table.
friday:
- yoga.
- apnea walk or maybe fishing.
saturday:
- yoga or maybe fishing.
sunday:
- yoga or maybe fishing.

What do you think?
Is it too many CO2 tables? Too much apnea walking?
What would you change to improve performance? I'm just looking to get back into shape. Knowing that I can do long statics and dynamics just makes me feel more confident when I go fishing.

Comments will be greatly appreciated
