Hi all,

Am about to start freediving once I get back onshore next month. Will be attending the intro to freediving with saltfree in Falmouth.

Really looking to forward to it, have no idea what discipline I'm going to be more into so will just wait and see.

Spent most of my life as a kid surfing and skating and sadly work took over. It's been years since ive really been in the water, have smoked for the last 15 and done very little excersise in the past 5.

Stuck offshore at the moment, get back a day before the course so I'm trying to get my fitness up a bit, mostly rowing as it's about the only thing in the gym I enjoy, tried the bike but pedaling towards a wall just doesn't feel right, hopefully it will improve.

Any pointers on the best type of fitness training I can do would be appreciated (limited to gym equipment), but please no tredmill, years of skating took its toll on my knees.

cheers

eric
