Need some help with a Decal

Hi Folks

Can some one help me with the design of a decal.

Im building a new boat, actually cutting the top of a 18 foot glass runabout and turning it into a centre console, (I will post some picks soon )

Im want to put a decal of Two Crossed Rail guns ( like crossed rifle's ) on the side of the hull in black, but im not computer savy enough to be able to design it so i need your help.

I would need to be able to blow it up to 450mm dia.

Any help would be great, and i will take you out for a bit of fish killin if you are ever in West Aus
