Need some quick info

Going spearing tommorow (to croatia mediterrenean) and outer degrees will be around 13°C. It's the first time I'm out in such conditions and I'm not worried about the water, I'm worried about when I'm on the boat (115PS). What should I wear over the neoprene (that I can go buy today) so I won't get cold. My neoprene is a classical one so no liscio/spaccato and it dries slow.

We won't be on the boat for longer pieces of time just short hops from location to location (like 5-10 mins max).

ofc I will wear a hat, but do I need something over neoprene for such short drives?

scrap that, it's not needed so quick, something came up with his kids, has to drive to their grandmothers tommorow or something

I'd just wear a rainproof jacket with a hood. You just want the wind off you. The suit will keep you warm other than that.

Killa, like erik said anything that acts as a wind-proof will help stop the wind-chill. personally i would go with a thicker wind/waterproof coat to get the benefit of a bit of extra warmth too. If you have some waterproof trousers that would be good.

The problem solved itself as the boat broke down, and we had to drive to 1 location with the car.. :\

2 spearos in the water for 3 hours and we both didn't even see a fish that would be worth shooting - total shots fired = 0
