Neutral buoyancy Wettie material.

I use it in the gulf - it's nice -- but not for cold water- have no idea what temps it was good for - more of a glorified skin suit. It's very warm - but has to be sealed like a good wetsuit to prevent water from moving through and negating all that extra warmth.

we call it "fuzzy rubber" in the Kayaking world and I love it when the water is chilled and the air is hot. sun really bakes that stuff.

very manuverable. I use a shirt made out of it for deep summer diving in the Arabian gulf. when I'm wearing a Transpac/backplate and water something to keep the chill off and keep the heavy equipment off bare skin. thats the other thing - sand loves PolarTech - will get inside and turn into wonderfull sandpaper - be warned!
