New awesome way to film underwater

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hey guys, new here, just wanted to tell you about the Spivo. It's a camera mount that rotates the camera 180 degrees with the click of a trigger. Thoughts? Check it out here:

An underwater selfie stick? Should prove popular. Perhaps a pivoting speargun camera mount might appeal to the spearos - or a camera that films back & front at the same time?

The camera that films back and front at the same time would be cool, but it would require some post editing to make a good video (two sets of footage). We wanted to make it as easy as possible to capture what you want and get great results the first time!

I just went on a trip to film beluga whales in the white sea. did not see any, but the guys from the boat got pictures of me in the water with a beluga 5 m behind my back.

I'd go for two cameras filming front and back at the same time...
 
Just noticed this gadget on ebay (and there are several others too,although none with the rotation feature shown above), which might be of interest to if losing your camera or storing some cash/keys are concerns:
