Has anyone had a chance to check this out yet?
F.I.I. Freediving Instructors International - from the beginner to the instructor
It's been almost 10 years since I did my PFI class (back when Martin and Kirk were still teaching together) and I'm wondering if there's more in this than just pack stretching and negatives. If there is I think I'll pick up a copy to learn something new.
