New from the Philippines, looking for other freediving groups

Hello Folks, found this forum while looking for information on the latest on freediving after scuba. I am a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and a recreational freediver. I also have an exploration club called the Gaia Exploration Club based in Manila but operating all over the country. Our main interest is caving, and we used to do some cave diving. A lot of the members are also scuba divers and some are free divers. We also do some conservation work underground, on land and at sea.

We are looking for freediving groups in the Philippines who we can either join or help us develop our freediving subsection in the club.

Hello,

Yes I have heard of the free diving center in Moalboal but a bit difficult to take time off to do a course. It is also quite an investment to get folks from my club to go to Cebu and take a commercial course. What would work better for my club is to train with others and for them to decide if taking a paid course would be their pathway. Whoever wants to pursue it can then either go to you or they can chip in to bring you to Manila if you have the time. If you can link me to those clubs you know in Manila would appreciate it. Our website has not been updated in a long time, the link does not work anymore. There should be some information on the web, search Gaia exploration club with Saint Paul Subterranean River. We have been mapping portions of it the past ten years.
