Hello everyone

I am new on the boards. I am interested in the freediving part. I like to snorkel and want to increase my breathold abilities to be able to enjoy the underwater delights for a longer time without gear.

Scuba is fine for me sometimes but it is simply not that nitersting for my like the freediving issue.

I hope that the weather stays good here and that the lakes keep warm a along time.

Hi Strplyr

It was already more then worth it I was contacted by a local freediving gourp only days after registering and now I will go into detail with freediving in the next time.

For starters it is really great a bunch of links to good and often free literature and a lot of interesting discussions on the board itself. Especialy the medial points of freediving interested me before going to any deep I wasn't before and as I guessed that there are some issues I am glad that I read in advance about some that I would never have thought of.

Yours

Sky
