New inexperienced diver looking for advice!

It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

I im new to deeperblue.net and am trying to figure out how it works. I also thot that joining would help me find a i proper freediving instructor as i have not been able to find one anywere near me.
