Hi breath holders, I hold my breath in the waters off of Guam (a U.S. territory in the Marianas) and I would like to say hello. I'm a spearo and I love to free dive! I decided to register to gain knowledge and for entertainment as well. I am registered on other related sights but this one seems to be the most specific in the field of Apnea. I'm anxious to sart posting some of the questions I have about training for apnea.
