Hi you all, my name is Chris Holmes, completed my SETT freediver course last year and finally got on this website. The course was superb and Emma Farrell a great instructor!! (sorry Emma i'm still smoking) i train on my statics (PB 4mins 40secs) and Dynamic with monofin (PB 75mtrs) i would love to get better and maybe compete one day?

Really need all the advice i can get which i suppose is why i'm on here!
