Hello,

New member here, now living in the Netherlands.
I'm around 40 year old, have some last few years not so much of diving... company, child, .. yes I know that you know that stuff..
Now I decided to get back to diving and MAKE time for it.

Short (diving related) history: I've started with my father and have learned from him the basics of freediving.
Later joined to the one diving club and trained for years, winters in the pool, summer's at Adriatic sea, nowadays Croatia.

I would like here to meet some ppl fellow freedivers/spearo's and exchange the experiences .. or, let me put this way: I have many questions to ask, my absence from diving made me almost a newbie!

EDIT: just to correct myself, I'm snorkel / free / scuba / spearo - diver, from everything quite a bit but nowhere an 'expert'.
(Ehhh, in that time when I was an active diver nightlife was also very important! )

(maybe would be an 'expert' to prepare catched fish or to repair the boot/engine on to deep sea in the case of failure ;-)

I've been diving Mediterranean (yes, it's quite wide but that it is) but I will put myself on the search for new ground's around the world ..

Hi Alex,

I live in Haaren, Noord Brabant, Train in Boxtel and Eindhoven on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Sundays may be some deep diving in some lake nearby.

Currently I'm training hard for Nordic Deep, the greatest freediving event of the year in my mind.

There are also some groups up north, just pm me and I'll tell you.

Welcome and a quick hello from Utrecht here.

I do my pool training in Zeist and Haarlem. Outdoor training/playing in de Maarsseveenseplassen, Vinkeveenseplassen and de Beldert.
