Hi to all. I live in Swansea South Wales. Have done some snorkelling on my own around the Gower coast, would like to improve somewhat, meet a like minded,and/or, join a local club, if there is one. Better warn you, although reasonably fit ......am over 60. cheers, jopras.
 
Hi jopras, Welcome to DB. Its a kick to see more and more "mature" freedivers showing up on the boards. Nice thing about freediving, age is little if any impediment.

yeah welcome to DB mate and dont worry we have gents in their 70's at my spearo club and they whip us youngens almost every single bloody time
