4min30 wet static with trusty ol' abri by my side..

felt great :)

Another guy who was with us tried it for the first time. After 3-4 goes he did 3.30. Not bad ey...

5min here i come :)

cheers,
Ender

Excellent....now you've passed the 4:30 wall, and 5 minutes is not far off. Try drinking Gatorade (a whole bottle) or something similar up to 20 minutes before you start your breathups. It will help. Lots of water is good too.
Keep us posted dude!

Allrightie...I'll give the gatorade trick a try

motivation? It doesn't take much over here. I live 3meter from the beach. Whenever I have nothing todo I lie face down in the water and scare the tourists :)
And then every other day orso I drop by my buddy Abri and we watch over each other while we going for the big number.

I barely ever do dry statics....they're just too boring. But with the wet ones there's always some fish passing by or a seacucumber to harrass :)

cheers,
Ender
