New to attempting apnea, where can I find beginner resources

someone mentioned Dive tables? Can anyone point me in the right direction for materials to do this. I don’t know what to expect. I managed to hold my breath 1:15 for the first time after Covid. I’ve never timed myself before so I do t even know if I’ve done better than this before. I’m just a swimmer and big fan of freediving and want to learn.
