I am new to freediving and am looking for training tips to perform dry. Anyone have tips or a regiment for a beginner?

Hi artlandaou,

Welcome to DB. You ask a very open ended question that is difficult to answer in a way that will help you. I'd suggest two things for starters. First, look through a page or two of the threads on beginnner freediving and spearing, that will give you a flavor of all the info that is available here. General freediving is another good category. Second, learn to use the search function. Its all here, you just have to find it.

After you have done one and two, you will know enough to ask a more detailed question, that will get better response. Give us a little more info about yourself and that will help the answer.

Have fun and good luck.

Connor
