Im 15 years old and i have been interested in dynamic apnea and freediving for a while and i wanted some advice to take me further
My max static apnea time is 2:14 and dynamic is 40m
i just wanted some ideas for co2 charts and o2.
I was also wondering about how to pack i know it consists of something like inhaling to the max and the sucking air into your mouth
cheers,

Sorry these questions have probally been asked loads of times but i would really appriciate it if someone gave me some help. ive looked all through the forums and cant find anything

hey iparcell welcome to DB!
First off I would like to tell you that never ever do anything in the water if you do not have safty personel. :naughty NO exeptions! Make sure that these people know what to do incase of a BO or Samba. Ok on to training. To start to increase your static times I would do one 02 or C02 table a day. You don't have to go to that extream however and only doing them 2x a week would be fine. other than that cross train by running, swimming ext. Anything that will increase your fitness and help you to better use the o2 you have. anyway stay safe have fun and see you in the water also one last thing about packing, there is no need for you to be doing it. It is an extreamly advanced teck and is extreamly dangerous when not used properly ie. lung baratraumas. For now just stary far far away from packing. You don't have any need for it.

More determination in looking and less on packing I would say ;-)

Again what gahiel said do not train alone in water ,and running is also good i run 5 times a week each run is a mile and a half, i have had to stop for a bit due to shin splints:crutch .
co2 tables i do them 3 times a week but i find them very boring.
Or when you are walking to a lesson at school hold your breath until you get their.:)

i could just imagine the conversation with the school nurse as to how i passed out rofl but im in the library at school at the moment, i have a spare (i love being a senior) so i might do some static walks to the cantene haha. i hope my mate knows when to catch me

That is a good time well done.
My time has dropped back to 3.45 from 4.10 so I'm doing a bit more training to get it back up. I dont like doing statics due to it being uncomfortable on land.
