Hello!
I am completely new to freediving and im realy interested in it and learn all about it. I have always from when i was a younger kid, swam under water instead of on the surface, i just prefered it, it seemed easier!
I can hold my breath for 2 1/2 minutes currently.
So where do i get started? What kind of excercises can i do at home to increase my lung capacity? Im off to Mauritius on the 25th of may, and hope to explore there.
So as i said, im completely new to it, and interested because i saw a program on tv about it, in hawaii and thought it looked amazing, to swim with the fish, no equipment on you, just you and the ocean, on one breath of air.
