Hi I just started getting into freediving about two weeks ago. I really wanted to spearfish but here in Pennsylvania it is illegal to do so. also does anyone know of a good beginner on a budget freediving mask?

The Cressi Superocchio is a classic - for a great reason. Fits all kinda of faces and is low volume.

Can be found for cheap at various online retailers, scuba shops and underwater hockey stores like canamuwhgear.com

No affiliation, just good experiences and free north American shipping.

I think I might go with the mako frameless mask. And I found out it is legal to use a polespear so I guess I'll go that route.

I use the cressi superocchio, its a pretty awesome mask for a lot of reasons.

If you still need some help buying a mask check out this guide, it has helped me out a bunch and gets really in detail if you click on "dive in". Im pretty sure it talks about and reccomends the superocchio too. good luck!
