I live in Brevard County and I want to get my kids into diving. Is there anywhere close I can take my kids that would be fun for them. I live near Sebastian Inlet but that is not clear enough and is a little rough for young kids. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi spb,

Its a little cold, but Blue Springs State Park is otherwise near perfect for intro to intermidiate freedivers, clear, 72 degrees. Its off I4 in Orange City, about 30 miles N of Orlando. The run is quite shallow, great for learners, and the boil ranges down to 120 or so, for those that like diving in dark holes. It can be crowded, so get there early.
