Hello all, my name is Joe, I am completely new to freediving and I've mostly done a bunch of research, tried it a bit in a local pool, not very deep though. All the research in the world cant hold a candle to experience though, so I ask and invite all helpful comments and suggestions. I want to do this for recreation, no plans on becoming competitive at all. Any suggestions on gear, weight belts, or anything like that would be greatly helpful. Thanks ahead of time.
