Just received the first batch of the Nile-Tec trigger mechanism.
I meant to develop a very durable trigger, something that will hold 4 x 16 mm bands comfortably and here are the results.

There are 2 models available to accommodate US shafts or Euro style shafts, form 6.5 mm shaft to 8 mm shafts.
Comes with a side release and all the pins & screws required.

Let me know what you think.

Cheers,
Ihab

I think I want one, tell me how to order?

Foxfish,
You can order by following this link & I'm including 10% off for the first 10 triggers sold on DeeperBlue.....Yours being the first.
Any more details, please pm.

Cheers,
Ihab

Hmmm it says the only method of payment is cash on delivery - I dont know if this is possible?

Foxfish,
For international orders, you just fill in your order and I will get back to you with shipping rates and a link where you could pay by Credit Card or Paypal........sorry for the confusion.

Cheers,
Ihab

looks nice. how much? does the line release reset automatically? how wide is it? will it fit into an imperial 1/2" slot? hows the pull under max pressure? still smooth? shipping will probably make it too expensive for me.

jtkwest, if you could let me know where you're located, I will give you shipping cost....we have a deal running with a courier company with good prices....so give it a shot.

Must have mentioned this before but didn't:duh

There are 2 models available to accommodate US shafts or Euro style shafts, from 6.5 mm shaft to 8 mm shafts.

Outer Casing Dimensions:
- Length: 71.50 mm (2.81")
- Width : 12.75 mm (1/2")
- Height: 29.70 mm (1.17")

Made from 100% stainless steel, 1.5 mm (0.06") thick plates

Approx. weight of trigger mechanism: 110 gm (3.88 oz)

After installing/sliding the casing in the stock/wood, there will be 4 mm of the casing exposed over the wood level…….still makes the gun look unique around the trigger area.

Comes with a Life Time Guarantee……Cost $55 + shipping from Egypt.

Cheers,
Ihab

i live in key west florida. in the united states. also i would love to see the wood handles. i am using a metal frame which i attach two wood pieces to. i am currentlyworking on guns # 7,8,and 9. they are starting to improve andi would love to incorporate your trigger mech in one or more of them. also, the line release: does it have a spring to reset it? on the triggers i have been using, they dont reset. in fact, only the riffe triggers have this option , from what i have seen. i have been working on retro fitting a riffe spring onto another brand mechanism. here are some pics of my handles and triggers.

Lookin' good Bro! Just a couple of questions, is it really only 1/2" wide? And, is the side line release ambidextrous? I am incorrigibly right handed. Is the trigger action smooth no matter what the load? Cheers.

I am looking forward to getting my unit, I have had plans in my head for a multi band gun for some time & I think this trigger is going to be part of the plan.....
