Wanted New type of wet suit

Hi everybody. I Recently noticed a new type of wet suit. It is not made of neopren. Inner surface is like made of fleece. An example is Aropec Aqua Thermal (there is also Australian Shark Skin, and hoodie by Aqualung.) A guy from the dive shop said such suits (Aropec Aqua Thermal) can be a substitution for 3 mm neoprene wetsuit.
If anybody can share personal experience with such suits - it would be great.

I found this forum about the Australian Sharkskin reports seem to be that even buying one that fits tightly is that they get baggy when wet so create drag. Never used one myself so just going by what i dound on this site.
