I have been training for quite a while in a new classification of unassisted constant ballast. I have attached a link to a video log of my performance. This has been radified by the JFA (Jeremy Freediving Association) I achieved a depth of 5 meters which the JFA has verified as a world record. The file is about 800kb an in Windows Media format. enjoy. hehehhe

Wow, Jeremy that is impressive. The next time I'm in Calgary I would like to do some record attempts under the ratification of JFA.

I'm not sure which, but after watching that I know at least one of us is stoned !

classic,

yeah I believe the next certified JFA record will be the unassisted constant moonwalk. followed by the 5 story baby drop... jking

And after that will be the weighted consecutive underwater backflips, another technique we of the JFA are attempting to perfect
