Hi all,

Ive been scuba diving for a few years now and always been interested in free diving, after watching a films on it i'm really wanting to get into it...

If there is anyone in the south of england who is into free diving and can maybe teach me the ropes and some training methods. especially interested in breathholding techniques.

Ive got all the kit needed and would love to into it.
