Newbie from Tampa Fl

welcome! I'm also in the Tampa area. Brandon to be more specific. I've been training breath holds for a little over 6 months now. Although I don't dive deep, I like to work on static apnea both in and out of water. My personal best is 4 minutes however, due to some physical problems and lack of training I'm down to 2:45 lately. Hope all is well!
