Hi to all,

I am new to spearfishing so I just thought I should introduce myself. I have been out once about 3 weeks ago in Weymouth but all i caught was a scallop, I was told it was a bad day...............

So I am looking to increase my hit rate & perhaps catch my fish as opposed to paying for it.

Cheers & all the best.

Scott

About time too Scotsman! You need to hook up with the Wessex Club as there's quite a good social theme going on in your backyard. Also another Vobster session being run by Bryn again.

O.k Highlander so that is one scallop a piece so far, which of us will have the first Bass? The race is on, how about a pint on it? Fellow newbie Steve.:friday

Thanks for the welcome all.

Steve(Silent),

I don't mind a bit of a challenge with the first Bass; however, I may be at a bit of an advantage as I have webbed feet & can breathe through my ears.

The ladies love it, but only cos I keep my socks on. lol

Yep that could be an advantage, however coming from the Fens I have a few things webbed of my own! ( none of which will be of any use unless we try catching Moles) Look forward to seeing you on the water cheers Steve.
