Hi all, my names Ben I am 23 and live in Cornwall. I've always been in the sea either diving or surfing but never taken up spear fishing until now. after reading a few threads, I decided to purchase a cressi comanche 75cm gun, I've taken it out a few times and i get on with it really well except from the loading, is their a technique to it or is it simply brute strength? I work for the Royal Navy so i only get a chance to go back to cornwall on the weekends as im currently in Portsmouth but will be back at Couldrose in novemeber.. I'm looking for any kind of advice which you wise people can offer me, good places to start, correct rigging, techniques, equipment and if anyone is feeling incredibly generous allow me to tag along to one of your dives.
Take care all, Im chuffed to be part of the community!:friday
