Hi Wrinkley Ninja and welcome
Durdle Door or lulworth itself but keep an eye out for the boat traffic and lovely jet ski’s. Depth is fine and there’s bass mullet crabs and lobster around.
Or just have a look back though the site there’s a load of info on here and its just how I started:)

Hi wrinkley, that is a easy question to ansaw, just check out the Dorset thread by Glowworm. You will find up to date post every day.

Watch the currents outside the cove, they can trick you sometimes! Try and hit the outside of Lulworth an hour before high and you should get loads of time to enjoy the east or west side of the cove. Oh and check for spring tides, this is when the currents at its strongest. Apart from that have fun and as foxfish says, check out the dorset spearfishing thread. Loads of info for newbies there :)
