Hi all, well i started on these forums a weeks or so ago, finally getting around to getting myself logged on after doing my first course with deeperblue last year (SETT Deep Tank Diver) with the wonderful Emma Farrell.
Just being on here every day has helped me sooo much. I train once a week only but 5 days dry training on the advice of many more experienced freedivers and i'm finally making huge progress just in the last week.
I have dropped a days training just to use the time to research the art in a lot more detail, nutrition, yoga (god i ache) cardio and technique all played a massive part.
What i'm trying to say is that if you have just started, read read and read and then listen to these people and enjoy what you do, throw away your stop watches and step through each hurdle slowly and with patience and you will be astonished what you can do.
Thanks to everyoone that has given me advice over the past week or so as i have set some new PB's that i never thought possible. You know who you are!
All the best and i'm going keep pushing and reading and most inportantly, listening.
Thank you all....
