Hi
Not sure who i should be speaking to here but I am looking to get into freediving. I am already a competant snokeller/swimmer but have a very limited knowledge of freediving techniques. I was wondering if there was some sort of course I could take to get a reasonable introduction.
I am based in Cornwall at present but am able to travel to wherever really. Also if there is anyone living down this way who needs someone to train/dive with then drop me a line.
Cheers
Phil

Hi Phil

we run courses for new freedivers - if you already OK at snorkelling/swimming then the AIDA ** course would be the place to start. Take a look at www.learntofreedive.com

The next courses at Chepstow (near Bristol) are the 19.20 August and the 30 Sept/1 Oct. Let me know if you need more info
