Hi there,

This is Sherrif from Belgium, a 38 year old Police officer with a recently discovered love for Scuba diving. Started about 3 years ago and diving ever since. On holidays but also in our own cold and practically zero visibility waters...

Landed here by my search for freedive training techniques . Haven't been doing any freediving yet but got very interested after seeing some youtube clips...

Hope to learn a lot here !!

Welcome to DB Sherrif!

I'm from the south of the Netherlands (moving to Oosterhout - Breda) and maybe we can enjoy some training together in the future?
I've done years of scuba, and now about 7,5 years of freediving.

Look up AIDA Belgium to find some freediving buddies nearby.

Use the search function on this forum to discover a wealth of information!
I recommend doing a freediving course, this will save you years of experimentation and finding what works and why.

Love, Courage and Water,

Kars
