thanks guys. i kinda figure I'll keep trying in comp until I can't go any deeper. I have done tons of passive and force exhale dives to improve my equalization (very slow process) and make my chest and trachea more flexible and pressure resistant.

I spent 12 days discovering that a LACK OF MILK was causing an almost constant congestion though, really slowed down my training to sub-PB levels, but feeling great now.
