I believe this was a one time tournament.

Norman Vogel has announced the tentative date for the 4th Annual Key West Open to be the last weekend in April, 2007.

If I remember right it was in early May last year, after the FSDA Freedive Tournament in April and before the Spearboard Open in late May.

None of the dates for theses tourneys have been verified yet, but should be real soon.
