Bravo Tony, congratulations!

Funny note I gotta say, with You having Polish roots... Polish national record in NO Fins is 139m!!! what a coincidence

Anyway, really nice distance to swim without fins

Thank you to all. I am hoping that this is just the begining.
The national record is secondary to what I was trying to accomplish. I did six dnf swim in 12 days. All over 100m. All over 2min. in time. Same warmup routine, to the letter. I am planning on doing another group of dnf's with a different warmup routine. My goal is to determine what type of warmup actually gives the best results for me. I am keeping very precise notes and will post them on another thread. It should fit in the increasing dive time or lower oxygen consumption thread.
Thanks again.
Humbly,
Tony Babowicz

Is there any footage from the dive?

and congrats =)

Edit: spelling error.

I can't wait to do this again. For now, I'm finswimming.

Hey Tony,...

I got some additional video from the 139, Sunday, and some stills too.

I will have to email it to you when Lauren downloads it off the camera.

Great performance and very clean.
