Came across this article this morning: Federal News Radio 1500 AM: Federal study shows mercury in fish widespread

Wasn't too sure how bad the mercury poisoning thing had gotten but I guess it's gotten more than bad enough.

Not the best of news, and especially for spearos.

I'm curious what's more poisonous to eat, meat or fish?

Fish do contain mercury, but they also have nutrients found in no other foods. (DMAE, the salt form of B12, etc.)

I have read that in terms of brain health, eating fish is bad, avoiding fish is worse.
