Does anyone know where I can download a computer program called "Nitrogen Absorption Program" ? I am a beginner diver but I would like to learn as much as possible about the science of gas, pressure, physiology, etc.

I do not know that program, and suppose you tried searching it on the web, so did not try myself, but there are a number of OpenSource DCS programs available for example at SourceForge.net. Simply go there and search for keywords like nitrogen, decompression, scuba, etc. There are for example results for nitrogen here.
