Hello everyone,

I am doing 2-3 (scuba)dives a day with nitrox 32%. At the end of the day my allowable O2 exposure is somewhere between 15-25%.
I am usually practicing statics at night in the pool (+/-7min)
Do you think that the higher O2 exposure with Nitrox influences my breathhold? I am not sure how fast saturated O2 releases from the body, but from my last dive in a day until holding my breath I have about 3 hours.
Thanks for your comments

I think indirect only. You less tied after multiple nitrox dives to compare with air dives.
