I did my Nitrox training with IANTD - where are you based? I suppose it depends how you want to move on... IANTD - TDI - all good nitrox training and technical training.
If you want to make a meal out of it, there is a good dive centre in the Caymans, called Divetech. They train technical right up to instructor level.
The PADI nitrox course is a little different, and the parametres are more conservative.
But learning with a properly trained Instructor must be better than doing it with Bring Some Alternate Cash and learning from someone who learnt from his mate who was taught by someone who knew someone who dived nitrox
