No more lurking anymore

Been lurking for a while now and having a great time, thought it was about time to say hello. I used to do a lot of snorkaling at school but only in the pool, local waters not suitable so I was told and so gave up on it. Tried scuba years later and was put off buy a couple of minor accidents.

Got back into snorkaling a couple of years ago through my kids on holiday and am having a great time if limited oppertuneities. Look forward to talking with you all and learning from you, all the best Dave.

Have not spoted Fergus in the posts that I've read so far but I muist admit to being really bad with names, will do a search, I take it that Fergus is his user name, thanks again Dave.

David welcome to DB where are you from in NI? I had a couple of lads from Fermanagh on the first course but there are loads of great spots all over NI. the main danger is of some fast tides in some areas but most locals will know. I am in Sligo so not far from any where in NI.
