Should have posted this earlier, but Cencal is hosting a memorial fundraiser for RFA in Randy Fry's honor at Fort Ross this weekend.
The format is pairs diving(promoting safety), with top 10 fish combined weighed(max of 2 per species) and largest 2 abalone(length).

Who is Randy Fry?
Randy was great fisherman/diver who was passionate about the ocean & even more passionate about supporting our rights to enjoy it. He lobbyed for the rights of recreational divers/fishermen & his tireless efforts were seen in changes made on our behalfs. His life taken earlier this year by a Great White Shark, we are all still recovering from the loss. To honor Randy Fry the man, the best way we saw fit was to raise funds for his cause(RFA) & celebrate his honor with a tournament such as this.
What is RFA?
For those of you who don't know what RFA is, it stands for Recreational Fishing Alliance & is the group that fights for all of us recreational fishermen/divers against over-conservatives who wish to deprive us of our rights to enjoy & partake in the ocean. 100% of the proceeds from the raffle will be sent to RFA.
Entry into the tournament also includes registration into CenCal for 2005 which allows you to participate in all cencal activities/tournament.
