Hey Daniel

Dont think there is such a thing as a 'normal' breath-hold time ? Depends on so many factors which vary daily, and certainly what is 'normal' or 'awesome' for me would be just a 'loosener' for someone like Eric fattah.

The important thing to remember is that you will improve constantly as you dive more, as you learn to relax more efficiently, as you learn to do a more efficient 'breathe-up' or dive -preperation, etc etc... and it's never a good thing to compare your breath-hold with someone else, but rather compare it to your own previous performances.

Good luck

Jeff

Hi Daniel

I agree, I've seen new people turn up and struggle with 1 minute whereas others turn up and within a few sessions are breaking 5 mins. Best just to concentrate on yourself and look to improve in small increments that keep you interested.

regards

Andy
