normobaric oxygen paradox

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
I tried it extensively...

I had good results from O2 statics -- not so good results from just breathing O2.

What do you mean with "I had good results from O2 statics". Have you trained with oxygen? Have you improved so your apnea with air?
