I recently visited Norway for some September spearfishing ,what a great place to go.
The fishing was excellent with cod up to 18 pounds and large Pollack and we took two Halibut in the eight days.
Water temp was 13 on the surface but colder below 2o metres. 7mm suits and 1 metre guns were ideal and the scallops were huge. Other LIC members had great catches and we each bought back prime fillets of cod and Halibut for the table . Well organised and and a great team of guys made it a trip to remember.

Fish like that could keep your freezer stocked for some time - presumably it wasn't practical to bring back all the fish though.
