Hey ,my name is Bob, I took up dry static apnea about four months ago or so, I'm just interested in increasing lung capacity after years of chainsmoking. I'm quit now.
I've increased my breatholding from about ninety seconds to two minutes up to a now personal best of four minutes. Most days are less though, about three minutes or so.
I practice five breatholds a day, separated by about ten minutes or so.
I joined this forum, because it's the only place available where I might learn some tips and tricks.
