Hi
I am really keen to give spearfishing a go sometime this autumn. I've never done it before, but have done quite a lot of snorkelling around the UK and other places. I have a decent Spetton wetsuit, long cressi fins etc, but no gun. I've not the first idea how to make a start, and seem to have missed on the courses through Portland Spearfishing Academy.

Is there anyone there who would consider showing a total novice the ropes for an afternoon or something? I live in Oxford (totally ridiculous place for someone who likes to be in the sea I know) but can get to the South coast relatively easily.

Thanks

Nick
